If you like what you see and read and decide that we are one where you would like to order your new site, then you can either call us, send a message through the website or use the chat.

If you prefer to have a meeting beforehand then we recommend video call, so we can go over everything you need and want, what is your budget, what you expect and what we can offer etc.

Once the quotation is approved by you we will send you a contract and invoice for prepayment. Prepayment is always 50% of the full cost.

Once the contract is signed and prepayment is confirmed we’ll start with the process.

First part of the web development process is design. Depending of the package you chose the process may be different.

With the Simple website package we will forward you different examples of templates which will be used as design (as the package is based on template design).

All other packages include custom design so once our designer has finished with the design we will send this to you for feedback, edits and/or approval.

After design is approved we will start with the development process. This process time frame depends on the package you have chosen.

SImple package websites take around 1-3 days, Professional website development takes usually 1-3 weeks and Custom website development may even take more than 6 months.

Once we are finished with the process we’ll let you go over the site to provide final feedback and will make all the needed edits necessary.

After development process is done and website is approved by you, we’ll send second payment for the rest of the sum (50% of total cost)

Once the second payment is received by us, we’ll start the website transfer process.
Website transfer process is never done before the second payment is complete as a safeguard process.

Once the website is on the correct domain, we’ll add all integrations that were included in the approved quotations. With every website we’ll integrate GTM (Google tag manager) with GA4 (Google analytics 4) by default.

Once all the integrations are finished we’ll ask your final feedback and once everything is as supposed to be, then we’ll hand over the website.

Once the website is complete and handed over, our developers will create instructions for the most tasks that you may need if you manage your website on your own.

Instructions are in an online file where simpler tasks are explained by text and more difficult tasks are explained by text and video instructions.

By default we are giving every website freemium support by email only. Freemium support includes support only by email and response time may vary from hours to a week depending on the schedule of developers.

By default there is also warranty for 24 months (2 years) for bugs on websites that were caused by something that was done by us or bugs that were caused by something that wasn't done by us. Warranty includes free fix for all of the issues that will fall under either of those categories.

If you rather focus on your own tasks at hand and prefer that your website is taken care of, then you have the option to order premium support. Premium support is subscription service for a minimum one year and payable monthly, quarterly or yearly.
